So far, the Country Club of Roswell-Willow Springs has seen strong activity in 2022 but we are now noticing pockets softening in our local market. Three homes are currently for sale, or active, in Willow Springs and four are pending.
There seems to be two outlooks pertaining to the housing market for the rest of the year. One is that low inventory and buyer demand will continue to push, or maintain, home values. The other is that rising interest rates, an increase of foreclosures, and a possible recession could weaken the market.
We cannot predict the future, but right now, we are seeing less buyer traffic, listings staying on the market longer, and an increase in price reductions.
